1. Overview
This policy explains what we collect when you use the Wardrobe app and website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can and never sell your personal data.
2. What we collect
- Account data — your email address, name if you provide one, and an encrypted password hash.
- Wardrobe content — the photos, item details, outfits, notes and plans you create in the app.
- Style preferences — the settings and preferences you choose, shared between web and iPhone.
- Subscription data — trial status, subscription status, renewal dates and the last four digits of your card, provided by Stripe.
- Technical data — basic device, browser and error information used to keep the Service working.
3. What we do not collect
We do not collect your full card number, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this website or in the app.
4. How we use your data
- To operate your account across the website and the iPhone app.
- To provide wardrobe features such as tagging, outfits, planning and styling.
- To process your trial, subscription and payments.
- To respond to support requests.
- To diagnose faults and improve reliability.
5. Processors we rely on
- Supabase — authentication, database and file storage for your account and wardrobe content.
- Stripe — payment processing, subscription management and billing records.
These providers process data on our instructions under their own security and privacy commitments.
6. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your account and wardrobe content, and cancel any active subscription. Limited billing records are retained where required by tax and accounting law.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can delete your account yourself from the account page, or email us and we will help.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and logged. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
9. Children
Wardrobe is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
10. Changes
We will post updates to this policy on this page and, for material changes, notify you by email before they take effect.
